Our quality care security service is implemented in all of the services that "Certified Defenders of America" provides.  "Certified Defenders of America" assures all sites/posts are monitored on a 24 hours basis by Field Operation Managers, plus regular Supervision.  Daily inspections as well as generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports are performed frequently.  In order to provide quality services, the process begins with our security  officers.  "Certified Defenders of America", realizes motivation plays a role in an officer's work performance, therefore, "Certified Defenders of America" provides all of their security guards with motivational incentives through our specialized training to ensure high performance security officers.
